About us

Everything on the board, nothing behind a door

CareerAtrium is a small placement team in Goulburn. We only put a role on the board once the employer has confirmed the hours and a day range in writing, and it comes off the board the day it is filled.

  • Four roles at a time, never padded out
  • Applicants across Goulburn, Yass and Bowral
  • A real person replies, usually inside the working day
  • The daily range is published before you apply
How it works

Five steps to your first payday

Step 01

Send your details

A short form asking where you are and which hours you can genuinely cover each week. It takes about a minute and there is nothing to upload.

Step 02

Message us on WhatsApp

Our HR team writes back with the roles that match what you sent through, and answers anything you want to ask before you commit.

Step 03

A short chat

A friendly conversation to confirm the role and agree a start date that suits you. There is no in-person interview at any stage.

Step 04

Start from home

Training runs online before your first shift and most people are working within the same week.

Step 05

First payday

Your hours log as you work and are paid by the employer on their normal payroll cycle.

What people wrote back

I could see all four roles and what each paid on one screen. That never happens.

Questions

Asked most often

Do I need previous experience?

No. Every role here is beginner friendly and comes with online training before your first shift. Being reliable matters far more than a long résumé, and plenty of the people we place have never worked from home before.

What equipment do I need?

A phone is enough to get started — a laptop or desktop works too. You'll want a steady internet connection and a quiet place to sit. Anything specific to a role is explained before you agree to start, and you are never asked to buy anything.

How many hours a week is it?

Most people begin between 15 and 30 hours a week and adjust from there. You tell us the window you can cover and we work inside it — evening and weekend blocks exist on two of the four roles.

How soon can I begin?

After you message our HR team on WhatsApp, most applicants finish their chat within two days and start in the same week. Training is online and runs before your first shift.
